Email contact@smileitsunnah.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll respond within one business day with next steps. There's no need to jump through hoops — we're real people who want you to be happy.
Once your return is approved (or, for our satisfaction guarantee, once we've confirmed the details), we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though it may take a few additional days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.
Prefer a replacement instead of a refund? Just let us know and we'll ship a fresh unit at no extra cost.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return shipping required.
For standard satisfaction returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover everything.
