We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains how and when we ship.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery estimates are counted from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Once shipped, most orders arrive within the window above via USPS or a comparable carrier.
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your package is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not yet offer international shipping — join our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
While we do our best to hit every estimate, carrier delays can occasionally happen and are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email us at contact@smileitsunnah.com and we'll help resolve it right away.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).
